Why is Rule 3000 being triggered?
The rule is being triggered in cases there is a momentary connection break with the data source, or there is no or very limited data due to varied factors.
For example, in countries in which digitisation level is low. We are always working on improving data coverage and add more data sources and registers as such become available, and in accordance with our roadmap, we will integrate them into our engine and naturally open them to our clients under their Platform.
When this rule is trigged, the RAG score will automatically update and increase. Depending on your KYC thresholds, this may change your client’s RAG score from green to amber or red.
What to do?
First, if rule 3000 appears in an assessment result, please contact our support, so they can investigate the underlying reason.
In case the reason is absence of available registers and data, our clients use the “Request Additional Documents” function of the Platform to request the entities they are onboarding for documents such as a bank statement, Memorandum and Articles of Association, copy of register of shareholders/directors, etc.
On how to configure and use the “Request Additional Documents” function, please refer to Section 6.3.5.
