Why have we been charged for assessments which have not been completed yet?

Assessments are charged as soon as the relevant check is performed.

Our platform is designed in order to allow for the results of a specific check to be seen as soon as it is completed, independent of other checks about the client.

Therefore, a check can be completed and therefore billable, even though the assessment, as whole, is still pending / incomplete.
