This happens due to limited or no data available with the data registers in some countries
In some countries, there are no or very limited digital registers with POR data. This makes it very difficult or impossible to perform eIDV checks with verifiable POR elements. Muinmos' POR Sources are being updated constantly for the coverage we provide through our Platform. We are always working on improving data coverage and add more data sources and registers as such become available, and in accordance with to our roadmap, we will integrate them into our engine and naturally open them to our clients under their Platform.
Typically, when our clients in those jurisdictions wish to ascertain the address of the individuals they are onboarding, they request the client for a utility bill, a bank statement or similar. This step can be configured under the Proof of Residency Documents tab under mCHECK™ as per below:
