Who completes the Assessment?
An Assessment can either be completed by the client for whom it is intended, or by a Muinmos platform user.
A client can access the form via an email generated by the platform containing a link to the Assessment. The email can be generated either from the Assessment creation screen or from the Assessment List.
From the Assessment creation screen, you can introduce an email address into the "Assessment Recipient" text box. Once the assessment has been created, the platform will automatically generate an email and send it to the given email address.
Please note you cannot include more than one email address in this way; that is, the created email will have only one recipient. This option will only function if the "Invitation Email" option is turned on in your environment's settings. To learn more about how to configure the Invitation Email, please see our Knowledge Base article Here.
From the Assessment List, you can either create an email to be sent to the client in the same way as from the Assessment creation screen, or you can choose to take the assessment yourself on behalf of the client.
Clicking on the Action Wheel reveals a drop-down list of actions you can take.
Clicking "Take the Assessment" brings you to the Assessment where you can proceed to fill out the information on behalf of the client.
Clicking "Resend Assessment" creates an email invitation that is sent to the client. The email address to which the assessment is sent is that which was input into the "Assessment Recipient" text box when creating the assessment. If an email address was not included, this email will not be sent. The email can be sent even if the Invitation Email option is turned off from within the Invitation Email configuration screen. To learn more about how to configure the Invitation Email, please see our Knowledge Base article Here.
