Where do I see screening results?

The PEPs, Sanctions & Adverse Media screen shows you the results of the screening checks that were performed on the entity(ies) involved in the assessment.

The system uses ‘Fuzzy Logic’ to identify potential matches based on a % match to the individual or corporate’s name. The system then provides information about that potential match in order to disambiguate the match from the client.

Upon review, you can select whether to Reject or Accept the profile:

If you choose to Reject the profile (because for example it’s a false positive), you will be prompted to provide a note explaining the decision.

After providing the note and clicking “Reject Match,” you will have to Save your changes.

You will also be prompted to save your changes if you choose to Accept the profile. The RAG Score will also recalculate depending on whether you have rejected/accepted match profiles.
