What quality rules should I follow when uploading an ID?

For optimal results, the image of the identity document uploaded onto the platform should be clear, in focus, without glare or shadow, and should contain all 4 corners of the document. In addition, Passports should only contain the main page of the document (that is, the page with the photo), and not contain the second signature page. The document should be in colour where possible.

Note, that files should be uploaded one at a time, in a supported format (.TIFF, .PNG, .BMP, .JEPG, .PDF), and up to 7.5MB (minimum size 100kb).

We recommend conveying this also to the applicants, in the respective screen of the onboarding journey.
