What is the RAG score?

The RAG Results screen contains the list of every check that was performed as part of the assessment and the RAG score.

The list of checks that were performed, and their impact on the RAG score, is defined by the KYC Profile that was chosen.

Each rule is checked against whether it “Passed” or “Failed.” Any Failed checks contribute to the RAG score, which considers a “Lower is better” approach when being calculated.
