What is the Muinmos platform, and what do I do with it?

The Muinmos Platform (referred to in this Knowledge Base as “the Platform”) is a client onboarding and lifecycle management system. It allows users to onboard and manage corporate and individual clients.

For each client, the user Creates an Assessment – an online questionnaire that gathers information and documentation from the clients. There are three interlocking systems that contribute to the assessment:

  • mPASS™ - the Regulatory Classification module. It is a proprietary software that automatically and instantly performs Client Categorisation, Suitability and Appropriateness checks depending on the product and market selected.
  • mCHECK™ - the KYC/AML module, automatically and instantly performing all needed KYC/AML checks, through built-in connectivity to multiple data-sources
  • mRX™ - the Risk Assessment module, which composes a risk assessment of the client, based on the data gathered by the two other modules

Once the assessment is completed, the information gathered is reviewed by a KYC Analyst as a Compliance Report. This review will include the many checks that have been run by the system as part of the assessment, as well as reviewing any potential PEP, Sanctions & Adverse Media screening hits.

The client can then be set up for Ongoing Monitoring. This screens the client on a continuous basis, alerting the user whenever there is an update to review.
