What are the different Statuses an Assessment can be in?

An Assessment can be in one of the following states: 

Pending
This is where the Assessment has been created but not yet opened or actioned. 

Responding
This is where the Assessment has been partially completed. 

Completed
This is where the Assessment has been completed and is ready for review.
