I experience a disturbed/broken layout of the results/assessment & I can't override RAG Results - what do I do?

This in general can be fixed by simple browser-related steps. All of the latest browsers have the same settings. Here are two options of fixing the issue.

Option 1:

Pressing Ctrl+F 5 can reload the page and will download the latest CSS and Javascript files which in turn will give a better overview of the page and results. If this doesn’t work then go for option 2.

Option 2:

1. Press F12

2. Select the network tab

3. Check the ‘Disable cache’ option

4. Close the panel

5. Reload the page by pressing F5 key
