An email address can be set up to receive monitoring alerts. Click on your organisation's name in the top left of the sidebar, then click "Particulars." The Compliance email set up will be visible under the following heading:
If you do not have an email address set up in this space or would like to change the email address currently there, please reach out to care@muinmos.com and provide an email address for which you would like to receive alerts. This email address will receive all monitoring alerts: PEP, Sanctions & Adverse Media; Corporate: Document monitoring alerts will be provided.
