How do I know when an Assessment has been completed? 

Each Assessment has a current status, visible on the Assessment List screen. The three statuses are as follows:

Pending
This means the assessment has been created but not yet opened or otherwise updated. 

Responding
This is where the assessment has been created and partially completed. 

Completed
The assessment is now complete and ready for review.
