You may not wish to do business with every jurisdiction. To control which countries your clients will be eligible to choose, navigate to the “Restricted Countries” tab in the sidebar:
You will be presented with the following screen:
The screen contains a list of countries. During an assessment journey, this list of countries will populate any drop-down list related to country; for example, ‘Country of Incorporation’ for Corporate entities, or ‘Nationality’ for Individuals.
In our example, we have de-selected Afghanistan.
Once you have selected and deselected the countries as appropriate for your policies, click the “Save” button at the bottom of the list.
From that point, any question that uses the country list for its values will no longer include the deselected value. If you wish to re-add that value, simply perform this process again, ticking the box for that country.
