How can I change the available Proof of Identity and Proof of Residency documents?
When requesting Proof of Identity documents, you can customise the types of documents that you will accept on a per-country basis.

First, select the country for which you are applying these document requirements:

Then select the Client Type:

Please note that for “Corporate”, the Proof of Identity/Residence requested refers to any connected persons for whom documents are requested.
Once you select the Client Type, select the number of documents required. This dictates the minimum number of documents the system will accept to proceed:

The minimum standard amount is 1.
Then, select the types of document you are willing to accept:
Proof of Identity:

Proof of Residency:

Tick the acceptable documents from the list.
The “Other Document” option is a placeholder and will not appear on the list. They are used by our team to accommodate other forms of documentation as best fit your policies. To add new document types to the list, contact our support mailbox care@muinmos.com.
Finally, click the “Save” button to confirm your changes:
