Can we change or edit the questions that make up the client journey?
Yes. Most of the questions can be amended at the back-end per requirement, depending of course on the terms of your plan. The application will remain uninterrupted as most of the changes are done before going “LIVE”. Any changes required later can also be accommodated with mutual agreement.
