If you are taking the assessment on behalf of the client, navigate to the Actions wheel, located to the right of the newly-created assessment.
Clicking on it reveals the available actions dropdown, from which you select the “Take Assessment” option. If this option is not visible, please go to the Users page; for your user profile, enable “Show Take Assessment Option.” The option will not be visible.
Clicking on “Take the assessment” brings you to the assessment journey.
You will be brought to the assessment, the first page of which is the acknowledgement page. This page presents an acknowledgement text that can be configured by a platform user.
The assessment itself will depend on your environment, and any customisations that you make. Generally, the journey will progress as you input the available information. A typical page will be populated with questions and text boxes into which you would input the information.
Once you fill in the information, click “Next” in order to advance to the next page. The “Next” button is found at the bottom of the page.
If you close the browser window containing the assessment, your progress in the journey up to that point will be saved; however, any information contained on the page when you close it will be deleted.
Additionally, there is a “Back” button at the bottom of the page. If at any point you press the “Back” button, the information on your current page will be deleted. You will go back one step to the previous page; the information on that page will also be deleted.
Upon completing the assessment, you will be provided with a screen acknowledging the completion of the assessment
To navigate back to the main page, use your browser to navigate to pass.muinmos.com (for Production Environments; for UAT environments, use pass-staging.muinmos.com)
You will then be returned to the Assessment List.
