How do I override a true screening match?

If you determine that a screening match is a true match, but is immaterial, you can override or reduce the RAG Result in the following way.

First, accept the match in the “PEPs, Sanctions, AM” tab and save your changes.

Then, navigate back to the “RAG Results” tab and find the relevant rule (note for our example the RAG score is 500).

Click the “Review” button on the right to open the override window.

Change the score and add an explanatory note. Save your changes as before. The RAG score will recalculate accordingly
