To delete an assessment, follow the below steps. An assessment must be archived before it is deleted:
- Open the Action wheel to the right of the assessment and select "Archive Assessment"
- Filter your assessments to show Archived items. To do this, click on the 3 dots beside "Status" and click on "Filter"
Doing so will prompt another filter dropdown. - You will see that the filter reads “Is Not Equal To” and the relevant status will read “Archived.” Change the topmost filter, "Is Not Equal To" to read "Is Equal To," then click “Filter” - this will prompt the system to show you all assessments whose Status is "Archived"
The Dashboard will then filter to show you any archived assessments. - To delete an assessment, click the Action wheel for the relevant assessment again and select "Delete Assessment"
- A screen will pop up. Copy the Assessment ID into the box and click "Delete." Please note that deleted assessments may never be recovered.
- Finally, to reset the Dashboard settings to see your Assessments List as normal, hit "Reset Selection" in the upper left of the screen.
