To change the Acknowledgement page that appears at the beginning of an assessment, navigate to the “Miscellaneous” tab of the side bar. Under this header, click on “Welcome Page.”
The platform allows you to enable/disable whether the Welcome screen appears – the checkbox for this is found in the upper left corner of the screen. This page allows you to also change the message text and the confirm button text. This is the first page your client will see, coming into the Platform / starting the application
You should therefore use this page in order to make sure you:
1. Inform the client of the things you are required to inform them about ( for example, what data will be collected, for what purposes, what will be done with it, their rights in regard to that data etc.).
- Obtain the necessary consents and affirmations (like, for example, their consent to gather the data, their affirmation that they will provide only data which is true, etc.) – this can be done in the Confirm Button Text such as “I acknowledge and agree.”
- Comply with any other regulation that applies to you, like AML legislation.
